didnt work for my 1997 dodge : Pro-Series HTCARG 500 lb Cargo Truck Rack
Purchased this as an inexpensive way to lug a 24ft ladder around on my short bed 1997 Dodge Ram 2500. Package arrived with a large hole out of which the mounting bolts escaped. The set screws used to secure the pipe sections were in place save two, so off to Ace Hardware I went. $20 in bolts and set screws later, I began drilling into my virgin bed rails. Got the first front vertical riser drilled, and when I tightened it down, noticed that it did not stand vertically, but rather angled dramatically outward from the bed. I did not want to go through the process of shimming all four extensions so sent an RMA into Amazon. Was returned with no problems.
